Three ladies’ open events will be held at some of the most prestigious golf venues in England: four time Ryder Cup host The Belfry Hotel & Resort, Goodwood Golf and The Mere.

Taking place on the the 6th June at Goodwood, 21st September at The Mere and 3rd October at The Belfry, the one day events will give female golfers the ultimate golf and lifestyle experience. Each event will include on and off-course prizes, gift bags and amazing food.

The main prize at these events will be a stay at Las Colinas Golf & Country Club, including three rounds of golf, breakfast and transfers. Having been crowned Spain’s Best Golf Course at the World Golf Awards in 2015 & 2016, this is a fantastic incentive to all those participating.

Georgina Simpson, Commercial Executive at Lady Golfer commented: “We are delighted to be working with Las Colinas on the This Girl Golfs Events for 2017.  Las Colinas will provide the perfect golf retreat for the winner of each event on the This Girl Golfs calendar for 2017.  With an unsurpassed level of guest service and set by the sea amongst the hills and valleys of orange and lemon groves, Las Colinas is the perfect golfing break star prize”.

On Las Colinas Golf & Country Club’s partnership with the campaign, Director of Golf & Operations at the resort said “We’re thrilled to be affiliating ourselves with the #ThisGirlGolfs campaign. We place great importance in growing the game amongst females and so offering the prize of a trip to Las Colinas to the winner of Lady Golfer’s three events is very exciting for us”.

The #ThisGirlGolfs campaign aims to break through stereotypes and show the wider world that golf is an accessible game for all. In recent years, it has inspired and empowered many females to take up a sport that they may never have considered playing.

Spaces for the #ThisGirlGolfs 2017 events are priced at just £90 per person with groups of 6+ eligible for a 10% discount. Spaces are limited so it is advised to book as soon as possible.
