WIN: 2017 Ricoh Women’s British Open tickets
To celebrate this year’s Ricoh Women’s British Open Lady Golfer has teamed up with the Championship organisers to offer two readers the chance to win a pair of season tickets to attend the event at Kingsbarns Golf Links taking place from 3rd – 6th August.
The Story
The Ricoh Women’s British Open is one of only two women Major’s played outside the US and is one of the most internationally represented Majors in golf with last year’s field boasting players from 30 different nations, including 17 of the world’s top 20.
Since 2001 Kingsbarns has co-hosted the European Tour’s Dunhill Links Championship along with the Old Course at St Andrews and Carnoustie however this year will mark its first hosting of a major of any kind over four memorable days.
The field for 2017 will be equally as strong and will include the likes of reigning champion Ariya Jutanugarn, the youngest ever world No. 1, Lydia Ko, Americans Lexi Thompson, Michelle Wie, Stacy Lewis and Paula Creamer as well as past champions Inbee Park, Yani Tseng and Mo Martin and UK favourites Charley Hull and Catriona Matthew amongst others.
