Hotel Quinta da Marinha Resort is situated in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, in the delightful coastal town of Cascais. It is a 35-minute drive from Lisbon and only four kilometres from Guincho Beach. A courtesy transfer to Cascais is offered to resort guests.
Designed by architect Robert Trent Jones Snr, and opened in 1984, Quinta da Marinha’s 18-hole course measures 6,420 yards and lies between Cascais and Cabo da Roca. This par-71 track combines the challenge of a Trent Jones course – many of his trademark elements are clearly visible – with beautiful surrounding scenery, the Atlantic Ocean and Sintra mountains providing a stunning backdrop for memorable golf.
The resort comprises 198 rooms and suites, plus 40 villas. At the spa, guests can enjoy a relaxing pedicure or body treatment. There is also a fitness centre, health club and indoor pool – and the resort even offers surfing tuition.
