Amy began golfing at 5 with encouragement from her father – a PGA Professional at Maesdu Golf Club.

A former full time amateur golfer, Boulden competed at the top of the girls amateur game. Competing in the 2010 Junior Ryder Cup, the 2011 Ping Junior Solheim Cup and represented GB&I at the Vagliano Trophy in 2011 & 2013.

Boulden was a member of the victorious 2012 Curtis Cup team, and her exemplary amateur record includes victories at the 2013 Welsh Open, English Open and Scottish Open.

After turning professional in 2013, Boulden made her debut as a pro at a LETAS event finishing in 2nd place. It was not until May 2014 that Boulden won her first tournament as a professional at the Gams-Werdenberg Golf Club.

The 2014 Rookie of the Year qualified for the US Women’s Open the same year and has qualified for four Women’s British Opens.

Boulden represents Conwy Golf Club and NCG regular Robert Rock’s academy, Wales’ number one female golfer certainly is a player who has all the attributes to win big on the Ladies European Tour.
